What is in 0.1.0a3

• The default sample now uses fill_before_activation, producing one broad lifecycle finding and four preview events in Free.
• Both sample-to-log/report and direct sample-to-report routes retain their existing output contracts.
• The named simple_happy_path sample remains available for clean-order summaries.
• Free limits, redaction, report schemas, explicit sample names, licensing policy and dependencies are unchanged.

Changed default

Omitting sample --name writes a different bundled synthetic log. Use --name simple_happy_path to reproduce the previous default.

Package acceptance verified finding targets at the payload level; it did not exercise report browser navigation. Existing type-checking limitations remain.

The known initial-render keyboard-focus issue is deferred. Free limits and incomplete FIX coverage remain. A paid version is coming; there is no paid offer in this release.
